Can't run on device

I have done all of the required things, but the install on device button is disabled (iPhone 3GS) using most up-to-date Titanium. Does anyone know why this is? Something that can cause this?

SOLVED: I was using the wrong provisioning profile.

This was making go crazy, turns out I can upload the Provisioning profile via the last link (upload) and everything is great now...
