It's called Fish Me, (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fish-me/id402121976?mt=8) and is used to tag fishing locations while out on charter boats or any other boat, so that you can come back later.
Took a weekend to build, sat for a week in the app store waiting for review, then today 11/10 got reviewed and approved and went live.
