no erroo but still CAN NOT install App on my Android Device

it's really strange that I made a really simple demo app and want to install it on my Android Device.I clicked the button "Install Now",after a few seconds ,the info "installing app on device..." disappeared and no error show,but I can't find my App on my device(older Apps that I installed few days ago still exists).

what heppend?is it a bug?

I am experiencing a similar symptom as well. I installed the entire system a couple of days ago, so everything is 'latest'. I get the "Installing app on device..." and it stays there, regardless of whether the android phone is connected to the USB or not. Either way, the app is not installing on the phone. Any hints?
