Compile Problem on Android + Windows

Hi all, we install a sample application... after a few run's we become now the following message and also ALL other Project becomes this error if we try to run it (Lunch)!!

so i hope you can help us, because my titanium don't work now... i have try to delete the profile of titanium and install it again, but the problem is not solve!
