Ring Mode

Is there a way to change iPhone/Android ring mode? I want to set the ring type to vibrate/silent and back to ring again.

You can't programatically turn on/off the ringer. You can detect however its state with Ti.Media.audioLineType

  • Hi Jeff Haynie, Have you any idea for switching phone mode between silent/ringer pro-grammatically either for android or I-phone using titanium .I can detect phone mode using above code but i need to change mode without hardware interaction any clue for me ???...Thanks in advance.
