It depends on the problem you're trying to solve. If you're not using a webview with ExtJS, there really isn't much point to using it. If you are using it in a WebView then just be careful and keep in mind that you don't have to be cross-browser and size of the libraries you include in your HTML impact the performance of your application on a mobile device.
