If I try to start the kitchen sink example - the android emulator startsup fine, but then I get this error

Roughly translated that would be: [ERROR] JDK version 'javac' was not recognised as an internal or external command,
What to do?

My googling paied off..
It seemed it was my CLASSPATH that was wrong.
