I have been doing the Alloy intro stuff, but I have had to use a console outside the IDE. The reason is that when I display a Console or Terminal in the IDE... I just get a non functioning BLANK screen. The only dif is that Console atlease gives a blinking prompt... but totally non functional. Terminal does not even do that.
BTW... when I do the Alloy commands from outside the IDE... it seems to screw up the app.js file. But I have just started expereimenting with this, so could be nothing.
Anyway, does anyone have a sugestion on how to resolve the issue with the console?

Just a thought but are you using a custom 'theme' for Ti Studio, if so, try the default (Preferences->Titanium Studio->Themes)
actually. that was one of the first things I tried to do. But no joy.
