Push Notifications Not Working

For some reason, no users are receiving push notifications anymore. It shows that they are sent on every log I read, but the users aren't receiving them. They are subscribed to receive them. Why all of the sudden would this not work? Any suggestions out there?

iOS versions range from 5.0-6.0, anywhere from iPhone 3G - iPhone5.

  • I did a test on my side, and right now push notifications on iOS works fine. Could you have a double check if push notification is on in iOS's push notification center for your app? And if so, please let me know your appkey and one of push log id that failed to receive push, then I may look into that case deeply. Please send appkey to my mail if needed: plv@appcelerator.com

  • I've just performed a test on my side too (also with an Android device) and it's working fine.

    @Cody: do you also have the chance to capture device logs?
