Input field with Images

Hey Guys, how can I have an input field where I can insert both text and images? Like the SMS Application on iPhone, something simple where you can paste both text and images alike, where later I can convert all to an image blob.

From research the closest thing I got to an answer was this question from another Appcelerator Member. Link

  • Not just emoticons, but also images, the same way it occurs on the sms application, where you can input text, emoticons and also paste images in that textfield.
