Hey all,
I'm close to releasing my iPhone app to the app store, but I'm testing on iPad 2x mode, and I notice I have images that look like crap because I dont have @2x for every image.
I have read that it needs to work in 2x mode at a minimum which it does, but will Apple reject the app for low res images?

Apple will not reject your app for low res images, however, at this stage in the game, hi res images should be the norm. Low res images don't only look like crap on an iPad, they will also look that way on any iDevice with a retina display. I can't think of any good reasons to launch an app that doesn't utilize the retina display, its probably the lowest hanging fruit for making great looking apps.
