Any new about licensing ?

Hi all, learning titanim since 2 weeks, i saw this post. So the question is simple, can i develop an app and distribute it on google play / appstore without buying a licence ? If not, how much is the licence ? (7500$ is a crazy price IMO).

If you don't want paid modules (like rendering shadows , push notifications etc.) or statistics you don't need to pay anything.

Appcelerator is a great company which knows that a developer can't handle paying licenses for developing and makes it free with no limitations.

However , If you want to speed the process of development , like free code support or the resource store you must pay.
