It seems to me that what is referred as 2-legged should be 3-legged, and 2-legged should be 3-legged ?
Is it a mistake or I didn't understand OAuth well ?

I would submit a ticket in the community JIRA if you believe there is an error in the documentation.
I would also suggest that if you tag the question with ACS, then that team might see the bug.
