How can I deploy my Titanium app to the iphone without enrolling in a iphone developer program? I want to test the app on my iphone.

This seems to becoming a trend.
$99 a year to have access to Apple's developer resources, access to profits from app sales, access to iAds income.
Provisioning and approval of device IDs is a part of Apple's game.
Legitimate app developers pay the $99. They aren't likely to help you circumvent the rules.
Just some thoughts.
This is NOT possible. In order to create and sign iOS applications you MUST have an Apple Developer Account.
