I am using inApp billing module (ti.inappbilling-android-2.1) for in app purchase in android. My titanium sdk version is 2.0.1. Can anyone please tell, how to create product id? Any help? Thanks in advance.

Very briefly you have to upload the app as a draft to your google play store, you can then create a product on the play store for that app, giving you the product id.
