.android missing

Hi all.

I have installed android SDK correctly and Ti as well.

When I run a new demo project I get an error

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Users\\Kumar\\.android\\avd\\titanium_30_WVGA854.avd\\config.ini'

and also

Application Installer abnormal process termination. Process exit value was 1

When I check the C:\\Users\\Kumar, I dont find the .android file.

Some one help me out on this..
