List of drag-and-drop resources below, is there one that is definitive?

All, I'm trying to find definitive way to do drag and drop and have found many partial solutions here in the forum. I can't imagine that I'm the only one who wants to do this on iOS and android, and I would guess that it would help Appcelerator get more developers releasing apps if it was easier to do.

So, I've compiled a list of drag-and-drop solutions that I found that partially work or at least work on one platform and listed them below. I've tried most of them, but don't claim to have implemented them in an expert fashion. Maybe we can expand this list and help all devs?

My hidden agenda, of course, is to find a solution that I and everyone can use and not have to keep searching over and over again to find a great working example.

So here's my list. If something that you've tested works and isn't listed, please add it using the usual info on OS, SDK version, etc.
