I have searched but cant find any answer to this anywhere so i thought i try my luck here to see if anyone knows it.
Can you make a fan app for an artist, tv show, brand, whatever without asking permission?
Lets say that you want to make a Metallica fan app and pull their tweets , fb wall, events, youtube channel, fb gallery etc....
Is that ok?
I ask because i have seen a lot of those app out there and maybe i would like to make on also.
Is that intruding on their brand or something?
If you state that it is not an official app.
