I wanna know can we use Vuforia (Qualcomm) Engine for Augmented Reality in Titanium..

We don't currently have any modules in the marketplace that will allow you to use Vuforia, but that doesn't mean you couldn't create one. So yes, it is possible, but not out of the box. A module would need to be created for that.
