Skipping JS File

I added a JS file having fireEvent() code, after deleting all build files and forcing fresh install I am getting IInfo, "Skipping JS file"

Why is that?

why are you still using 1.6.2?

Two Reasons:

1 - 1.8.x SDK was giving Invalid Argument error while installing on Device. 2- I think 1.6 based SDK will have lesser routines hence small in size and more efficient

More bugs, error, security concerns, but hey, whatever works for you.

And you won't be able to submit your app to itunes using it.

I am with Stephen and Aaron, 1.6.2 is not supported when you come to submitting your app and you can only gain from the significant improvements in all areas since 1.6.2.

Layout changes alone would have me change up up if I had not already - saves so much time and especially when creating complicated layouts.

What device are you targeting that you believe only 1.6.2 will work on?
