i tried to install app and there was img named not in english language , it give error , i renamed the img to english name but still , i tried to delete the img , delete the app still , i tried to reinstall ti but still , it gives now error for all other apps :( i can't do anything now ,
im using win7 , ti 2.0.1.201204061639

If you haven't already, clean your project.
But if I remember correctly, there is a file on Windows 7 dealing with the deltifying of the project that needs to be deleted to clear your error. I just searched the Q&A here and couldn't find it but will keep looking. Wanted to chime in and give you a direction to head though.
