Android SDK Downloaded, But Emulator Not Working

I have just followed the OS X instructions here http://docs.appcelerator.com/titanium/2.1/index.html#!/guide/Installing_and_Updating_Android_SDK to download the Android SDK. However I am still unable to run any projects with the Android Emulator.

QUESTION:

How do I link Titanium to my Android SDK folder (home directory) and run projects in the Emulator??

It's quite literally just a piece of crap. If you want to link your Android SDK, create a new project, and about 3/4 of the way down, there's a link that reads "Configure SDK" or something like that. Within that menu, there is an area to locate your SDK.
