Pnglet is a javascript implementation of Boutells GD-Lib and can generate PNGs on the fly.
Has anyone experiences?

The fact it starts by saying..
"It only works with Netscape 4.06+, and it only works one image at a time, but it works."
would make be reconsider attempting to invest time in porting it personally. It may very well rely on quirks in NS 4.06 that are not necessarily implemented in Android
