error in running titanium mobile app in debug mode

I just updated the titanium. Using the android emulator, my mobile app can still run in Run mode, but not in Debug mode. There are many error messages like

[ERROR][JNIUtil ( 350)] !!! Unable to convert unknown Java object class 'org.appcelerator.kroll.KrollRuntime$1' to Js value !!!

it will eventually popup a error dialog saying "activity is not responding".

any idea what's wrong? thanks.
