Installing Titanium studio giving error NLS missing message: MobileSDKConfigurationProcessor

Application type: Mobile
Titanium SDK: Titanium studio (latest version), build: 2.0.2.201205311912

Java version: 1.6.0_32

Platform & version: Windows 7 starter edition 32 bit
Device: Android emulator
I'm using a HP mini 110, Windows 7 starter edition. I've followed all the instructions regarding java, git etc, just basically everything to get started. I can run the Titanium studio, updated and installed the android sdk features. I'm encountering this message:
NLS missing message: MobileSDKConfigurationProcessor_updatingAndroid in: com.appcelerator.titanium.mobile.portal.processor.messages

This is what I did so far:

User variables: Path : %JAVA_HOME%;%android_sdk%;C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools;C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\tools

System variables: android_sdk: C:\Progra~1\Android\android-sdk JAVA_HOME: C:\Progra~1\Java\jdk1.6.0_32\bin

Where am I going wrong??? I've been working on this for 4 days now. Thank you

  • I should also point out that in the Titanium studio preferences, it says that it is having:

Problems detected with the SDK settings [Titanium SDK Home] The Desktop-SDK...Titanium\sdk\win32 is not a directory

  • This is frustrating. I've read the instructions several times and no progress. I've had up to 100 views, and no one seems to help out.

Probably other people having the same issue. I am having the same problem but can't find any help to solve the issue either.

  • I solved the directory problem, but not the NLS missing message. I hope this issue can be resolved.

Apologies of the problem. This is fixed in Titanium Studio 2.1. You should no longer be receiving this message. It's looking for a path for where to save the Android SDK..
