Can I put filter effect on camera like Toster, black & white etc...?

HI, I would like to know if there is any functionality that can provide direct access for camera? I like to put Filter Effect on camera natively, for image and Videos, and do not like to process images and videos.

How can I use following effect on Camera without any post processing of image or video.

Normal, X-Pro II, Earlybird, Lomo-fi, Sutro, Toaster, Brannan, Hefe etc..

If you have any suggestions the pleas post it.
