I've distributed it, I've got the message "Performing clean build". No errors, all is ok... Ok, but, where is my app now? I wanna get an IPA file in order to send it to my iPhone to test it. Any advice? I'm totaly lost...

If you want to test, use "Test on device", and it will be in iTunes. Else, I think it's somewhere in your /build/ folder.
Your app is at Xcode > Organizer under the archives section
