Cannot build and run sample projects

I am a newbie and downloaded all sample projects: abcsWriter Aidori ARti Codestrong KitchenSink TiBall tweetanium

Only KitchenSink TiBall tweetanium can be imported

Others are not able to be imported.

Moreover, how can those imported projects build and run with mobile simulators?
