Unable to run Kitchen Sink in TItanium Studio

Hi guys,

I just updated my Titanium Studio and MobileSDK. I also downloaded the updated Kitchensink.

I tried to run the the Kitchensink on Studio but got the following error message:

/usr/bin/python: can't open file '/Library/Application Support/Titanium/mobilesdk/osx/1.7.0/iphone/builder.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

How do I rectify this?

Hi,

You need to verify that your mobilesdk is installed on $Home, if not, you have to configure the path by clicking tiapp.xml then click configure in the bottom of the page

Please would you try the latest 1.7.X Continuous Build? Also, delete your build files before launching the app.

Let us know if this works.

Finally got it working... had to install all the available SDKs... from 1.6 to 3.1.... Quite sure that I can delete a few here and there but it's a lot more painful than it needs to be!!

ok.. I'm having the same issue... in the Left bottom (SAMPLES) I import the kitchen sink and after the update I compile it.... tied using all sorts of SDK (1.2 to 1.7) and get major errors... in 1.7 I get "builder.py, line 1139 in main" error... there's no $home or $home created by Studio.... any other suggestions???

im new with titanium studio and i got same problem. when i imported kitchen sink there is only api.jsca on App Explorer and when i clicked run button, there are no choice for choosing ipad, iphone, or android simulator, just Run Configuration.

But, if i just simply create new project it run smoothly with no problem. any idea?

i just upgrade my titanium SDK to 1.7.0 RC1 but nothing happened.
