Hello,

I'm trying to teste an Android app on the Titanium Emulator and always get the error "java.net.SocketException: Address family not supported by protocol"

Can you help me? Thanks

It just means that the android failed to contact the internet time server. Doesn't affect my application. So you should ignore that.

SNTP is the Network Time Protocol. The emulator tries to fetch the actual time. I think, this has nothing to do with your app.

Note that Windows XP should have SP3 installed. Any revision less than this is not supported. See the Titanium Compatibility Matrix.

Try disabling your antivirus and firewall temporarily, to see if either of them are interfering with Titanium. Please report back with your findings, so someone can help you further if necessary.

Cheers
