It would be great if we could get a button, separate from "Install Now", that generates the IPA and skips launching iTunes and adding the app.
Personally, I prefer using Organizer to install the applications and not sync the hardware we have with iTunes. I'd prefer it not launching iTunes every time I want to update the package for testing on hardware.
